ATTENTAT DE KARACHI : LA PISTE INDIENNE par Himalove

LES ASSASSINS DÉFILENT SUR LES CHAMPS-ÉLYSÉS

Onze ingénieurs français et trois techniciens pakistanais périssaient, le 8 mai 2002, dans un attentat à la voiture piégée, à Karachi.

« La vente d’armes qui a mal tourné » fait l’objet, aujourd’hui, de trois enquêtes différenciées :

1. La piste des services secrets pakistanais, l’Inter Service Intelligence (ISI) ; elle a la faveur du magistrat et des familles de victimes. Des officiers supérieurs accoquinés à l’actuel président Asif Ali ZARDARI n’auraient pas touché les commissions promises par la société THALÈS car dès son entrée à l’Élysée, Jacques CHIRAC aurait interdit qu’on verse de l’argent à « Monsieur Dix pour cent ». Sept ans plus tard, les militaires se seraient vengés…

2. Al-Quaïda. Aucun élément rationnel ne vient étayer cette piste mythologique.

3. La plus probable. Le Research and analyses wing (RAW). Les commandos indiens auraient profité de l’opération « Liberté Immuable », en Afghanistan, et du renversement d’alliance régionale, pour s’attaquer aux armes stratégiques pakistanaises, en l’occurrence des sous-marins de type Agosta 90-B, et aux ingénieurs étrangers venus les assembler.

Or « cette piste cruellement logique » est escamotée par les autorités et censurée par les journalistes.

À l’heure où un contingent de 450 Jawans défile, à Paris, devant le Premier ministre Manmohan SINGH et Nicolas SARKOZY, il serait, en effet, de mauvais goût d’indisposer une puissance régionale qui nous achète 6 sous-marins de type Scorpène, 300 tonnes d’uranium, 6 centrales nucléaires EPR et qui plus est participe, discrètement, aux côtés de l’OTAN, au conflit en Afghanistan.

La défense des intérêts financiers et des alliés prime sur la quête de vérité.

Et le gouvernement français a bien fait les choses.

UNE OPÉRATION D’INTOX RONDEMENT MENÉE

La rumeur dite « Nautilus », diffusé sur le Net, qui accuse nommément le président ZARDARI, d’être le commanditaire des meurtres des ingénieurs, permet, aujourd’hui, à l’Inde de sauver les apparences et d’éviter toute polémique sur le sol français.

Le renseignement « policier » est livré au grand public, en décembre 2008, lorsque le gouvernement pakistanais publie une liste de 35 terroristes recherchés parmi lesquels Ashish JAITHLEE, un ressortissant indien, domicilié à Bombay qui aurait, selon le contre-espionnage, fourni les explosifs aux tueurs de Français.

Les explosifs auraient transité par l’Afghanistan avant d’entrer au Pakistan.

Cette information, émanant de la justice et de la police d’Islamabad, ne sera jamais considérée en France.

Personne ne murmure, en effet, le nom des suspects, donnés par la police pakistanaise, à Interpol, et n’examine les indices qui permettraient d’identifier, avec certitude, l’origine des explosifs.

Les juges préfèrent officialiser les élucubrations d’un ex-fonctionnaire de la DST, Claude THEVENET, qui n’a, de son propre aveu, jamais mis les pieds au Pakistan !

Étrangement toute la construction de son rapport est bâtie hors du sous-continent, reprenant les ragots de barbouze, appartenant au M16, et ceux de marchands d’armes libanais.

L’analyse du sycophante évite, soigneusement, de parler du contexte et des enjeux.

Un motif vénal est avancé au lieu et place d’une raison stratégique pour expliquer le crime du 8 mai 2002.

L’ensemble donne l’impression au public que ce fut une erreur historique de vendre des sous-marins aux méchants Pakistanais.

La mise en cause de BALLADUR, CHIRAC, le déballage embarrassant de la vie politique française, suggèrent que la note a été rédigée sous la dictée d’une voix étrangère…

Mais une voix qui appartiendrait au camp occidental.

Car THEVENET respecte le « secret défense » et ne dit mot sur la capacité de vecteur nucléaire des sous-marins Agosta 90-B. Chose, me semble-t-il, au cœur du problème.

En Inde, au Pakistan ou en Chine, rares seraient les magistrats à prendre au sérieux la source « Nautilus » (qui est le nom du premier sous-marin nucléaire américain).

LA PISTE DES POTS-DE-VIN NON VERSÉS NE TIENT PAS LA ROUTE !

La société THALÈS verse toujours des commissions à des intermédiaires aussi bien dans ses ventes d’armes à la marine pakistanaise qu’à la Royal Indian Navy.

Ce genre de transaction ordinaire ne provoque pas ce type d’événement mais des scandales.

Le fait que les analystes français se bornent à étudier les motifs vénaux de l’attentat du 8 mai 2002 ferme leur esprit aux jeux stratégiques, au moment historique et au contexte régional.

Dans cet exercice, les quotidiens « Libération » et « Le Monde » tiennent le pompon de la désinformation.

Ces journaux utilisent tous les trucs et ficelles pour enfermer les militaires pakistanais, dans le rôle de bouc émissaire.

Hypocrites et de mauvaise foi, ils ne soulèvent jamais la question de savoir pourquoi le Pakistan est autant stigmatisé…

Dans leurs analyses, ils évitent les corrélations, avec d’autres événements, qui pourraient déboucher sur d’autres perspectives.

Par exemple, ils ne rapprochent pas l’incident du 8 mai 2002 à l’attentat du 3 mai 2004, à Gwadar, au Baloutchistan, qui coûta la vie à 3 ingénieurs chinois et à leurs aides pakistanais.

Or les conditions de ces meurtres à la voiture piégée ressemblent à celles du 8 mai 2002, à Karachi ; la cible est un pays comme la France qui aidait le Pakistan à construire l’arsenal d’un pays souverain indépendant.

L’objectif des terroristes serait-il donc d’empêcher la République islamique à bâtir des infrastructures qui lui confèreraient la parité avec l’Union indienne ?

Une relecture des quotidiens pakistanais et indiens de l’époque éclaire les circonstances et le mobile extraordinaires de l’assassinat des 11 ingénieurs français de la DCN, venus assembler les redoutables sous-marins Agosta 90-B.

LE GRAND TOURNANT RÉGIONAL

Le 8 mai 2002 (date symbolique pour nous autres européens), l’Inde et le Pakistan sont virtuellement en guerre.

Depuis l’attaque du Parlement indien, attribuée au groupe Laskar-e-Toïba, le 13 décembre 2001, à New Delhi, le gouvernement dirigé par Atal Behari VAJPAJEE mobilise un million de Jawans le long des frontières avec le Pakistan.

L’opération « PARKARAM » qui signifie « victoire » en hindi dure dix mois.

On frôle la guerre nucléaire…

Selon les experts en catastrophe, les premières salves de missiles AGNI et SHAHEEN feraient 12 millions de victimes et entraîneraient des nuages radioactifs, qui mettraient en péril la vie sur une partie de la Planète.

Les ambassades exhortent leurs ressortissants à quitter au plus vite l’Inde et le Pakistan.

Au mois de janvier 2002, l’État-major indien et le ministre de la Défense Georges FERNANDÈS envisagent froidement une invasion du Pakistan.

Mais des Américains tel Colin POWELS calment le jeu…

À la différence des trois premiers conflits entre l’Inde et le Pakistan (1947, 1965, 1971), les États-Unis sont du côté, aujourd’hui, de l’Union indienne et pourraient, le cas échéant, neutraliser les armes stratégiques de l’adversaire.

D’un point de vue tactique, les grandes manœuvres indiennes qui ont reçu l’aval du Pentagone servent à fixer les troupes pakistanaises, sur leurs frontières Est, pendant l’opération « Enduring Freedom », en Afghanistan.

Cependant tout cela prend une dimension himalayenne incontrôlable eu égard à la densité de population et à l’enthousiasme des protagonistes.

« Le branle-bas de combat et le déplacement des troupes, lors de l’opération PARKARAM, sur la ligne de contrôle, font des centaines de morts » note l’écrivain Arundhaty ROY, dans ses articles.

De plus Israël, allié privilégié des nationalistes hindous, pousse les stratèges de l’État-major à refuser militairement « l’équilibre de la terreur » et à attaquer le Pakistan.

L’extrême tension, entre les deux pays, provoque, fin février et début mars 2002, après l’incendie d’un train de pèlerins, à Godhra, au Gujarat, le massacre de quelque 3 000 personnes de confession musulmane *.

Cependant l’administration Georges W. BUSH persiste à faire de l’Union indienne, puissance nucléaire – non-signataire du traité de non-prolifération – l’alliée centrale de la région…

Le département d’État lève l’embargo installé par l’administration CLINTON après les cinq essais nucléaires indiens de mai 1998 ; deux de ces essais, dans le désert du Rajasthan, à Pokhram, auraient été accomplis pour les Israéliens, selon la journaliste Dominique LORENTZ… (Lire son livre : « Affaires atomiques »)

Cette décision géostratégique est aussi importante pour le destin du sous-continent que la chute du Mur de Berlin.

La marine indienne est chargée officiellement – chose qui n’a pas fait la une du « Times » – de l’escorte des pétroliers du détroit d’Ormuz à celui de Malacca.

Elle devient ainsi le gendarme de l’Océan indien.

Au grand dam du Pakistan et de la Chine.

L’armada pakistanaise, ses capacités nucléaires et son infrastructure portuaire, en particulier le port en eau profonde de Gwadar, construit par les Chinois, deviennent dès lors des cibles opportunes qui ne sont plus protégées par le parapluie de la Ve et VIIe flottes américaines.

Toutes les livraisons d’armes stratégiques au Pakistan à l’instar de l’Iran, les usines où elles sont assemblées, leurs ouvriers et techniciens, peuvent être « menacés », par les commandos du RAW, entraînés par le Mossad.

Il est étonnant que le ministre de la Défense et des Affaires étrangères n’ont pas repéré, dés « la guerre des Glaciers », au printemps 1999, le renversement d’alliance, le jeux dangereux d’Israël et le rapprochement entre le Pentagone et l’État-major indien.

Les négligences de la DGSE et la cécité du Quai D’Orsay ont coûté, peut-être, la vie aux 11 ingénieurs de la DCN, envoyés monter des armes stratégiques en pleine guerre régionale.

Étant donné l’énormité des enjeux, la justice restera muette comme l’armée française car le Massacre, planifié par l’OTAN et leurs alliés, continue en Af-Pak.

La déstabilisation du Pakistan, depuis l’invasion et l’occupation de l’Afghanistan, a fait à ce jour plus de morts que les quatre conflits avec l’Union indienne

Les proches des ingénieurs, tués à Karachi, et leurs sympathisants, devraient hurler, le 14 Juillet 2009, à la face des fabricants de bombes atomiques, des marchands d’armes et des crapules galonnées : « Vous êtes tous des assassins ! »

    London—Islamabad has prepared a list of some 35 top terrorists, involved in a number of terror activities in Pakistan and is set to hand over the names to Delhi seeking an early arrest and handing over of the accused to Pakistan, the British daily The ‘Daily Mail’ reported on Wednesday.

    According to well-placed sources, the list has been prepared by the Pakistan Foreign Office and the Ministry of Interior, with the assistance of police and intelligence authorities, in the backdrop of the investigations of different incidents of terrorism and sabotage in different parts of the country.

    The list was actually prepared many weeks ago but was not given to India with the intentions of gearing up peace process. But, the sources said, now, after India failed to handle the situation sensibly and has instead started asking Pakistan to hand over 20 so called Pakistanis, who it says are involved in numerous terror activities in India. Pakistan has decided to come up with a matching response and has decided to ask India to hand over at least 35 leading terrorists, who were found to be directly or indirectly involved in a number of terrorist activities in Pakistan.

    It is learnt that Islamabad is also sending a copy of this list to Washington to bring it to the notice of US authorities and to clarify the actual state of affairs in the backdrop of the Indian allegations in this regard while it is also under consideration to release a detailed report in this direction for the consumption of anti-terror war allies.

    According to the sources, list has been prepared after going through the reports of provincial CID departments ; police records and intelligence reports and out comes of the investigations and interrogations, carried out by Police and Intelligence agencies. These reports suggest the persons nominated in the list of most wanted Indian are constantly engaged in different forms of terrorism against Pakistan and Pakistani nationals and unless these are handed over to Pakistan for trial in Pakistani courts. South Asian peace cannot be ensured.

    Indians accused of direct or indirect involvement in terrorist activities against Pakistan, in said list are, (1) Ajay Verma, a Karnatika resident and directly involved in bomb blast at Sialkot in which 7 people were killed, (2) Manoj Shastri alias Javed Khan, resident of Mumbai, wanted for killing of 14 Namazees at a Karachi Mosque, (3) Raju Mukherjee, resident of Kolkata, wanted for bomb blast in Lahore in which 9 people were killed, (4) Mr. Bal Thackeray, resident of Mumbai, Chief of Shiv Sena, wanted for organizing at least three major massacres in Pakistan in which some 33 people were killed and a highly active in organizing ethnic and sectarian clashes in different parts of Pakistan, (5) Vivek Khattri alias Kaala Pathaan, resident of Maharashtra, wanted for at least four bomb blasts in which over seventeen people were killed, (6) Ashok Vidyarthi alias Aslam resident of Ajmair Sharif, wanted for sniper shooting at an Imam baargah in Karachi, killing some 14 Shias, (7) Rajan Nikhalje alias Chhota Rajan, wanted for a number of terrorist attacks in different cities of Pakistan including a bomb blast in Sabzi Mandi Islamabad and a bomb blast in Quetta. Chhota Rajan is now launching terrorist operations in Pakistan from Indian Missions in Kandahar and Jalalabad (Afghanistan) and is head of RAW’s organized Crimes Wing or Special Operations Division (SOD), he is also wanted for killing of Chinese Engineers in Baluchistan and organizing the murder of some Chinese workers near Peshawar (8) Asotosh Srivastava alias Maulvi Nazir alias Mulla, resident of Alahabad, wanted for firing on an imambargah in which 9 people were killed, (9) Ashok Dube alias Shah Jee, resident of Gandhi Nagar (New Delhi), wanted for killing some 11 Namazees in a Lahore Mosque, (10) Sanjive Joshi, resident of Bombay, wanted for comprehensive assistance in terror attack on a Christian Mission School near Murree, (11) Ramparkash alias Ranu alias Ali, resident of Hyderabad Daccan, wanted for terror attack on a Christian Hospital in Taxila (he is also identified as a graduate of Hindutva Brotherhood’s terror training camp, located near Sarojini Nagar), (12) Ramesh Verma, resident of Pune, wanted for terror attack in Sheikhupura, killing 7 innocent citizens (13) Bihari Mishra, wanted for organizing a number of terror attacks in Pakistan through his terrorists of Hindutva Brotherhood’s terrorist school, (14) Manoj Kulkarni, resident of Kolkata, wanted for terror attack in Attok , killing 17, (15) Venkatash Raghwan, resident of Mahablaishwar, wanted for terror attacks in Rawalpindi, killing some 9 people, (16) Ajit Sahay, a former RAW Deputy Director, now attached with Chotta Rajan, wanted for organizing attack in Hyderabad (Sindh), (17) Ashok Vohra alias Nepali, wanted for printing fake Pakistani currency and spreading it worldwide, particularly in Nepal, UAE and UK and also organizing a terror attack in Gujranwala in which 8 people were killed, (18) Vijay Kapali alias Guru, resident of Maharashtra, wanted for terror attack on an AJK village, killing 13 of a family.     Of automatic weapons to activists of banned Lashkar-e-Jhangvi and banned Lashkar-e-Tayyaba (29) Arun Shetty, resident of Bombay and wanted for bulk infiltration of explosives, arms and ammunition into Pakistan, (30) Nikhanj Laal, resident of Hurryana, wanted for terror attack in border city of Narowaal, killing seven people, (31) Sunil Verma alias Httyara, resident of Maharashtra, wanted for organizing terror attack on Daily the Nation’s office n Karachi, (32) Ashish Chowan, resident of New Delhi, wanted for supply of arms and assisting latest terror attacks in Quetta. Ashish is presently reported to be present in Indian Consulate of Kandahaar (Afghanistan), (33) Babloo Srivastva of Chhota Rajan gang for providing highly sophisticated weapons to a sectarian outfit in Pakistan and assisting in missile attacks on UN offices in Islamabad in year 2000, (34) Suresh, alias Aamir alias Akbar Khan wanted for providing weapons and explosives to militants in Wana and North Waziristan through Afghanistan and (35) Abu Bakkar, wanted for a number of terror attack in different parts of the country and now living in India with a new identification under the blessings of Indian spy agency RAW.

    Surprisingly, name of former Indian Deputy Prime Minister L. K. Advani is not included in this list, though Advani is also wanted by Karachi Police for years and Pakistan has been asking India for his extradition to Islamabad.

    The public prosecutor’s office in Paris has dropped an investigation into Thales for alleged bribery in connection with the 2.4 billion euro sale of six Scorpene submarines and 36 missiles to India in 2005.

    The public prosecutor’s office had taken a number of statements but the allegation was not established.

    A preliminary inquiry was launched in 2004 by the public prosecutor’s office. Police had seized documents relating to the Indian Scorpene deal.
